Join in this Sunset tradition! Parents, relatives, friends, classmates, teachers, coaches or anyone can send an apollogram to wish our Sunset seniors well on their next adventure.
The deadline to submit your apollogram is Thursday, May 16. The messages will be delivered to students at the 2024 Senior Breakfast on Wednesday, 6/5.

HOW TO SEND AN APOLLOGRAM?
1. OPTION #1: HAND-WRITTEN NOTE
Print this form as many times as you need OR send your own hand-written cards. Clearly print the student's first and last name or on the outside of the envelope. Mail or deliver to Sunset High School by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 (13840 NW Cornell Rd., Portland, OR 97229 | Attn: Apollograms).
2.OPTION #2: SUBMIT NOTE ONLINE
Fill out the online form again & again! Volunteers will print & deliver your special note to seniors.
