The student named in this registration has parent/legal guardian permission to attend the 2024 Sunset High School Grad Night Party sponsored by the 2024 Sunset High School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).

Beaverton School District is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Beaverton School District, its agents and employees, the organizers of this event and the officers of the Sunset High School PTO, from any loss, damage, injury, claim or demand arising from this activity related to or in conjunction with the 2024 Sunset High School Grad Night Party.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hosting facility, its agents and employees, and event volunteers from any loss, damage, injury, claim or demand arising from this activity related to or in conjunction with the 2024 Sunset High School Grad Night Party. The term “hosting facility,” as defined in this waiver, is the location where the grad night party will take place and the name of the facility has been withheld at the request of Sunset High School PTO in order to keep the location a surprise for participants.

The event staff and/or volunteer have the right to remove anyone from the facility at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violating facility rules and/or the use of offensive, abusive or profane language, fighting or otherwise inappropriate behavior to fellow participants, chaperones, and/or hosting facility staff.

The event is for those students eligible to participate in the 2024 Sunset High School Graduation ceremony and who have turned in all required documents to the 2024 Grad Night Party committee. Non-participants will not be admitted.

Students are required to ride the bus to and from the event and will not be allowed to leave the event early unless there are prior arrangements and approval from the event coordinators.

This is a drug-free and alcohol-free event. Students will be required to pass a breathalyzer test and undergo a check of their possessions to ensure they are not bringing prohibited substances or material on the bus or into the hosting facility. Students found to be under the influence, caught using, or in possession of controlled substances at any point during the event will be immediately removed and their parents will be notified.

I agree to the above stated conditions set forth by the facility and 2024 Sunset High School Grad Night Party Committee and agree to pick up my student should he/she need to be removed from the event at any time.

This event is not sponsored by either Sunset High School or Beaverton School District.
